You are sure to be inspired when you visit any of Savannah’s art or historical museums. The Telfair Museum of Art and the Jepson Center for the Arts are both within a block of each other and are an excellent attraction for all ages.
There are also many restored mansions that are now preserved as museums for the public. The Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace National Historic Landmark will help you discover where the tradition of Girl Scouts began. Just a few blocks down you can visit the Telfair Owens-Thomas House and the Isaiah Davenport House Museum and take a step back in time in these remarkable museums.
